3. Ordering and Payment
All orders are subject to product availability. Prices are listed in US dollars and are subject to change without notice. Payment is processed securely through Stripe at the time of checkout.
4. Delivery
We deliver to select ZIP codes in the Atlanta metro area. Delivery fees and minimum order requirements vary by location. Orders must be placed before the cutoff time to qualify for scheduled delivery dates.
5. Product Quality
We guarantee that all products will arrive frozen and in good condition. If you receive a product that has been compromised due to temperature issues during delivery, please contact us within 24 hours for a replacement or refund.
6. Wholesale Accounts
Wholesale accounts are subject to approval. Approved accounts receive tiered pricing based on order volume. Payment terms for wholesale accounts are determined during the application process.
7. Limitation of Liability
Scoopa Lotto shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the products in question.
8. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
