Delivery Areas

Scoopa Lotto currently delivers to the greater Atlanta metropolitan area. Use our ZIP code checker on the Delivery page to verify if we deliver to your location.

Delivery Schedule

Our standard delivery days are:

  • Tuesday: All Atlanta zones
  • Thursday: All Atlanta zones
  • Saturday: Downtown, Midtown, Buckhead

Order Cutoff Times

To receive delivery on a specific day, orders must be placed before the cutoff time:

  • Tuesday delivery: Order by Monday 10:00 AM
  • Thursday delivery: Order by Wednesday 10:00 AM
  • Saturday delivery: Order by Friday 10:00 AM

Orders placed after the cutoff time will be scheduled for the next available delivery day.

Delivery Windows

Delivery windows are:

  • Weekdays: 9:00 AM - 5:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 2:00 PM

You will receive a notification when your driver is on the way with an estimated arrival time.

Delivery Fees

Delivery fees vary by location:

  • Downtown Atlanta: FREE (minimum order $50)
  • Midtown: FREE (minimum order $50)
  • Buckhead: $5.00 (minimum order $75)
  • Surrounding areas: $10.00 - $20.00 (minimum order $75-$150)

Cold Chain Guarantee

All deliveries are made using temperature-controlled vehicles. We guarantee your products will arrive frozen. If your order arrives compromised due to temperature issues, please see our Refund Policy.

Receiving Your Order

When receiving your delivery:

  • Inspect all packages before the driver leaves
  • Transfer products to your freezer immediately
  • Report any issues within 24 hours
  • Someone must be present to accept the delivery

Failed Deliveries

If no one is available to receive the delivery, we will attempt to contact you. If we cannot deliver the order, a redelivery fee may apply. Perishable items cannot be left unattended.

Pickup Option

If delivery is not available in your area, you may choose to pick up your order from our Atlanta location. Pickup times must be scheduled in advance.

Holiday Schedule

Delivery schedules may vary during major holidays. We will communicate any schedule changes via email and on our website.
