Our Guarantee
At Scoopa Lotto, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives compromised due to temperature issues during delivery, we will replace it or issue a full refund - no questions asked.
Reporting Issues
To report a quality issue:
- Contact us within 24 hours of delivery
- Take photos of the affected products and packaging
- Keep the products in their current condition for inspection

Eligible Refunds
Refunds or replacements are available for:
- Products that arrive melted or partially thawed
- Damaged packaging that compromises product quality
- Incorrect items delivered
- Missing items from your order
- Products past their expiration date
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds are not available for:
- Change of mind after purchase
- Products that melt after proper delivery due to customer handling
- Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
- Products consumed before reporting an issue
Refund Process
Once your refund request is approved:
- We will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
- Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
- You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed
Replacements
In many cases, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements will be scheduled for the next available delivery date to your area.
Order Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before our cutoff time. Once an order has been packed for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
