Our Guarantee

At Scoopa Lotto, we stand behind the quality of our products. If your order arrives compromised due to temperature issues during delivery, we will replace it or issue a full refund - no questions asked.

Reporting Issues

To report a quality issue:

Eligible Refunds

Refunds or replacements are available for:

  • Products that arrive melted or partially thawed
  • Damaged packaging that compromises product quality
  • Incorrect items delivered
  • Missing items from your order
  • Products past their expiration date

Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds are not available for:

  • Change of mind after purchase
  • Products that melt after proper delivery due to customer handling
  • Issues reported more than 24 hours after delivery
  • Products consumed before reporting an issue

Refund Process

Once your refund request is approved:

  1. We will process the refund to your original payment method within 3-5 business days
  2. Depending on your bank, it may take an additional 5-10 business days for the refund to appear in your account
  3. You will receive an email confirmation when the refund is processed

Replacements

In many cases, we can offer a replacement instead of a refund. Replacements will be scheduled for the next available delivery date to your area.

Order Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled for a full refund if cancelled before our cutoff time. Once an order has been packed for delivery, cancellations may not be possible.
